Antique cars with wooden spokes and felloes 5oz+ depending on wheel size. Model T 5oz, larger wheels ie. PreWWI Oldsmobile 6oz or sometimes more. 

These weights are based on weight guideline, 1oz of beads per 13lbs of wheel & tire weights, older wheels are more out of balance.

In the 30 1/2 wheels with either vintage wire wheels or wood wheels, anything over about 4oz gives a noticeable thump on starting off that was objectionable.
